Safety

Trust and Safety Resources with Clear Reporting Pathways.

Report harassment, threats, scams, inappropriate content, and minor-safety concerns without creating an account.

Safety Principles

Guiding trust posture across public and conversion routes.

Safety by design posture

Safety resources are integrated into public routes, not hidden behind conversion decisions.

Reporting clarity

Users can move from concern recognition to support escalation with explicit route continuity.

Policy transparency

Legal and community standards remain accessible while users evaluate trust decisions.

Reporting Flow

Report in the app for member content, or use public contact.

  1. Identify the concern clearly

Capture concise context so support can triage with trust-policy awareness.

  2. Use support escalation route

Move through support to report concerns and receive guided follow-up.

  3. Review policy references

Keep safety and legal policy pages accessible during escalation and resolution.

Public safety intake

Receive a report reference without signing in.

TruePair reviews and acts on platform safety reports within 24 hours. For the fastest member-content path in the app, open the profile or chat menu, choose Report, select a reason, then confirm Report and Block.

Submitting creates a durable TruePair reference. Safety reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours.

You can also email safety@truepair.com. Include a profile, conversation, or report reference when available.

Community safety

Content and conduct TruePair does not allow.

Abuse and exploitation

Threats, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, minor-safety violations, and non-consensual intimate content are prohibited.

Scams and impersonation

Requests for money, investment or crypto pitches, credential theft, identity impersonation, and deceptive links are prohibited. Never send money or one-time codes to a match.

Inappropriate content

Explicit, violent, degrading, or otherwise objectionable profile, chat, and media content may be restricted and reviewed.

Policy references and support continuity remain connected.

Safety and support routes are not emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
